Luke Miller

Luke Miller is a researcher and software engineer working on knowledge organization infrastructure. He received degrees in Computer Science and Chinese from the University of Notre Dame. Over the past few years Luke has worked with both BlockScience and Metagov on a wide range of projects involving building digital self-governance tools, modeling socio-technical systems, and challenging implicit power structures found in the digital world.
